In regards to the complaint filed by [redacted], it appears she was unaware of the 14 day trial and failed to cancel within that time period, thus, she was automatically enrolled into a subscription program. After researching our CRM, it has come to our attention...
that she filed 3 different chargebacks and 1 refund has already been issued. These charge backs are in arbitration with our chargeback division and a remedy will be forthcoming. I called Printer Solutions to repair a printer. They sent a tech at an agreed upon price. The tech indicated the toner was the problem. I ordered there toner. They came and installed it a few days later, it did not fix the problem. I complained, they later called and said it was a drum unit. I authorized the drum unit, and a few hours later received a call stating the CEO wanted me to know that they would not repair my printer, and that this type of printer (Dell 2155cn) was more trouble than they wanted t deal with.
