Dear [redacted] : Thanks for the opportunity to respond the complaint made by [redacted] supervisor of ***First, they ordered 5,thousand Calendars, they were very late as usually with that project, they get a new designer, I delivered my self or proofs to them and finally they give the Ok to print, we print the calendar and then as usually they call us saying that we have to reprint the calendars because were many mistakes, it? was not the first time...the inexperience of the designer and people who check the proof...all calendars went to the garbage (we keep the pictures just in case), they said that they have to have 7,calendars? ASAP ...and as usually we have to rush and calling our customers that we have problem with the equipment, etcafter so many years that my company was providing an excellent services, after that we did miracles with two big project, two big books pages each full color with a bindery...to put the cover ...that you can ask any printer how many days you need to finish the bindery at least to day and another to days to print them ..plus the many proofs that we delivery to them because the many mistakes, pleasee!!!! please!!!it was a project that you need at least months for each book that they ordered separatelyNow we did miracles because the books was late and they told us that please have at least books for Dominica Republic to a big? event another books for another event in NY city, some thing that was impossible to do itBut they did not care ..you can understand the situation how impossible was to print them, and we look for digital printing who can print them in to days, finally we find a company in Baltimore that help us, we delivery on time to? the Ok to print, we print the calendar and then as usually they call us saying that we have to reprint the calendars because were many mistakes, it was not the first time...the inexperience of the designer and people who check the proof...all 5.000 calendars went to the garbage (we keep the pictures just in case), they said that they have to have 7,000 calendars ASAP ...and as usually we have to rush and calling our customers that we have problem with the equipment, etc.. after so many years that my company was providing an excellent services, after that we did miracles with two big project, two big books 300 pages each full color with a bindery...to put the cover ...that you can ask any printer how many days you need to finish the bindery at least 30 to 45 day and another 20 to 30 days to print them ..plus the many proofs that we delivery to them because the many mistakes, pleasee!!!! please!!!.... it was a project that you need at least 3 months for each book that they ordered separately. Now we did miracles because the books was late and they told us that please have at least 50 books for Dominica Republic to a big event another 30 books for another event in NY city, some thing that was impossible to do it. But they did not care ..you can understand the situation how impossible was to print them, and we look for digital printing who can print them in 3 to 5 days, finally we find a company in Baltimore that help us, we delivery on time to Dominican Republic and New York City, and I went 4 times to NY and one time to New Yersy and + 80 digitally books...thats is the reason that I call them because [redacted] said that she wont paid a penny for what I did, I am sending you the invoice that we sent 10 times and no answer, also you will see in the invoice that we did not charge for computer time that we did and deliveries to the DC office more than 3,000 thousand pounds and only myself going the 13th floor...God knows what I did for [redacted].
