I am rejecting this response because: there was no alternative "button" to push to request a quote other than "reserve now," on the websiteI would never intentionally make a reservation without first obtaining a quoted priceWhen I attempted to remedy the situation by declining the reservation, I was accosted by the "owner" of the company, who declined to state his name, both by phone and e-mailI have previously submitted copies of the harassing e-mails in which I was called an it, a spoiled brat, a child, etcto the Revdex.com

Client made a reservation rather than requesting a quote.  The button she pressed said RESERVE NOW.  The first paragraph of our online terms states explicitly that what the client is doing is submitting a FIRM, BINDING RESERVATION, and instructs people how to go about getting a quote....

 Client made a reservation, accepted terms, and was bound by them, including the cancellation policy.  Client then attempted to cancel after the cancellation deadline and was advised that this was not possible.Client failed to research pricing before submitting a credit card, authorizing a charge, and accepting terms.  This is not our doing, this is hers.

Customer's rejection is factually inaccurate.  She clicked a button that said RESERVE NOW, completed 3 pages of personal information including her credit card number, checked a box that stated "I have read and accept the terms and conditions", and authorized a charge to her credit card.  The very first paragraph of the terms that client indicated having READ AND ACCEPTED explicitly states that THIS IS NOT A PRICE QUOTE and provides clear, detailed instructions on how to obtain a price quote.  Either she did not read the terms, or chose to ignore them.  In any case, the action was entirely hers.  We receive hundreds of emails and calls every day from people asking for price quotes.  Clearly it's not that hard to figure out.
