We rented property # [redacted] and arrived to a home that had no heat, no hot water, no wifi, no cable and a non-working gas oven (since gas was shutoff). It was snowy and overnight temperatures were below freezing. We tried calling and texting the property owner to no avail. The shutoff tag was on the counter within the property which means someone had to of removed it from the door which means the owner was aware that we were coming into a property that didn't have basic necessities. Since 10 people had travelled four hours we decided to make the best of a bad situation by renting a hotel room so we could shower and we purchased space heaters to take the chill out of the air and we had to eat out more than expected since we were unable to use an oven. We were treated inhumanely by a person that apparently doesn't care because he never responded to our calls.
She has already been refunded her deposit in full, in fact all 8 people that had given deposits have all been refunded. She is just upset about not being able to stay at this beautiful home. Nothing else is needed on our end to settle this, she is just trying to deface our company in a...
