Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: my complaint handles a very important issue which deals with issuing documents and deceiving people all over the world! World Service Authority makes passports which are not acceptable and they claim that the passports have been accepted by many countries and that is not true! You should help us have our money back because you should prevent WSA from issuing those documents which are and unaccepted so, it is reasonable to get our money back because we are deceived of having legal passports and we discovered that we have illegal ones so, how do not we get our money back? How?

Thank you that you paid concern!
In fact, I have paid the whole fees including the two labels; however, they sent the initial set and ignored the labels although I paid the whole fess noting that I have tried that I resolve the case many times and I sent them many mails; however, they ignore sending the labels and I am sure that they intended not to send them! I have sent them a mail including my mailing address and my colleague's address and they promised that they will send them this week so, may you, please force them to do that?

World service authority is the place I mean and they have stolen my money and gave me documents and I want you not to help them and give me my money back not to help them

Dear [redacted]:
The WSA  has already replied to this matter and your colleague, [redacted], already replied that he and the Revdex.com consider this case closed.  The WSA fulfilled the issuance requests of [redacted] and his colleague.  Please see the policy...

sheet below. At this point, the case is closed and we expect that the Revdex.com will no longer forward any more complaints from [redacted] as this is becoming harassment.
Here is the reply that was already sent to the Revdex.com regarding this matter:
Dear [redacted]:
Thank you for your help with this concern.  You may have
read our “no refund of fees” policy.  Our applications clearly state that
we do NOT guarantee that the document holder will be able to successfully
exercise their human rights while attempting to use the documents that the
applicant requested. All applicants must sign this Attestation of Understanding
on our application form.  It is possible that [redacted] did not read the
Attestation or ignored it. Claiming and exercising one’s human rights is the responsibility
of each individual.  We have no control over whether a particular national
government will respect someone’s rights, OR in a subjective, arbitrary and
discriminatory way violate them.
In any case, we have fulfilled the requested service which was
to issue the requested documents which he and his friend have confirmed that
they have received.
We view this case as “resolved” because the applicants have
signed the Attestation on their original application forms submitted to the
World Service Authority and thus agreed that they are “solely responsible for the use of the passport and
accompanying documents, which are the bearer's property.”

Thank you,

World Service Authority® Policy
regarding Service Issuance
Fees

Introduction:  The basic premise
of the WSA Passport is that the world is actually one and undivided, that
humanity exists as a species and that each human is a sovereign unit in that
whole.  If these premises are true, then
no one has the right to impede the free travel of anyone else on her/his own
planet.  Heretofore, the only issuing
authorities of documents have been national officials.  In modern times, the national passport with
its visa system has become an insidious control device in violation of this
fundamental human right.   While the
Universal Declaration of Human Rights was declared in 1948, it was only in 1954
when the World Service Authority was founded that this situation was reversed.

1.  The WSA passport -- a world government
document, so printed on page 1 -- is issued on public demand as a public
service mandated by Article 13, Sections (1) and (2), of the Universal
Declaration of Human Rights.  Once the
WSA has issued the passport and/or accompanying documents, the WSA has
legitimately performed the service requested by the individual concerned.  The monies paid are not for the passport or
other identification documents themselves but constitute a service issuing fee.

2.  On every application form is the
"Attestation of Understanding," signed by the applicant, wherein the
WSA makes no guarantees that any nation will grant visas on the passport.

3. Once issued, the WSA
documents are the personal property of the document holder as the applicant
confirms upon signing the “Attestation of Understanding.”  No one other than the document holder can
take possession of the WSA documents legally, unless the document holder is
perpetrating a crime.

4. When signing this same
"Attestation of Understanding," the applicant assumes all
responsibility for use of the passport and/or other WSA issued documents.

5.  Some document holders claim that the passport
“does not work.” The phrase, "does not work," is irrelevant to the
actual issuance of the document.
Moreover, it is inconclusive.  One
refusal by a consular officer or border guard of a nation is not conclusive
evidence that the passport "does not work."  Because there are over 190 nations, each with
its own rules and regulations for travel, the fact that an individual was
refused a visa from a particular nation does not validate the claim that the
passport "does not work."  The
right to freedom of movement is a human right regardless of whether or not it
is respected or despite one's possession of a document or not.  What "does not work" is the
dysfunctional nation-state system with its artificial frontiers and its
lip-service to fundamental human rights.

6.  Many refugees desire to travel to North
American and Western European nations which are the most difficult to
enter.  With the flood of refugees from
the "have-not" world attempting to enter the "have" world,
a document which represents a world without frontiers becomes anathema to
immigration officials of the "have" world.  This is in part why we cannot divorce the
refugee problem from the general political problem of the nation-state system
which created the refugees in the first place.

7. The WSA continues to
educate the individual as to how to use the passport vis-a-vis the national
bureaucracies.  Each applicant is
furnished with a copy of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and a
certificate "To Whom It May Concern" attesting to the document's
mandate, origin and relevant details such as the name of the bearer, document
number and date of issue.  Being the only
documentary representation of the human right of freedom of travel, the
passport itself, like any tool, must be made to "work" by the
individual who possesses it.

8.  The WSA further furnishes the bearer with a
Questionnaire for the World Judicial Commission in case of a visa refusal by a
consular official.  The WSA legal
department may be able assist you in exercising your right to freedom of
movement if you send the legal department all relevant information, such as
names and addresses of those persons who denied your rights and a detailed
explanation of the circumstances surrounding the denial.

9.  In conclusion, refunding a service fee when
the service has already been provided is without merit.

We have sent the items he requested.
Due to governmental issues with the government of Lebanon and the failures of their customs service, we cannot control what happens to items shipped once they have left our offices.
This is the second time that we have sent the...

Dear Revdex.com:
The WSA's Compliance Program prevents its from providing any service or assistance to anyone who is now located in Syria, without first obtaining a special license.  This is as US Government mandated obligation that applies to all individuals and organizations in the United States of America. If this individual is now in Syria, we cannot provide any service or assistance to him.
When the WSA provided documentation to the individual concerned, it was provided while he was in Lebanon which is allowed under the Compliance Program.
The Passport and accompanying documents are valid and legal.  www.worldservice.org/visas.html provides scans of visas that prove recognition by many countries. Most countries in the world have at least on one occasion recognized the World Passport, and for many countries, they have done so on many occasions.

Whatever officials he spoke with may have said about the legality of the passport are wrong and are violating human rights obligations under Articles 55 and 56 of the UN Charter, Article 12 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, Article 13 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Refugee Convention, the Stateless Persons Convention, the American, European, African, and Arab human rights conventions, as well as more than 100 national constitutions that affirm the right to travel.  Furthermore, as a human being, everyone has an innate and unalienable right to travel upon which the World Passport is based. On a day-to-day basis, various national governments fail or refuse to respect their human rights obligations.

WSA applications clearly state that we do NOT guarantee that the document holder will be able to successfully exercise their human rights while attempting to use the documents that the applicant requested. All applicants must sign this Attestation of Understanding on our application form.  It is possible that the applicant did not read the Attestation or ignored it. Dear **. [redacted]:
The WSA did send all documents that you requested both to you and to your colleague in Lebanon.
You confirmed two weeks ago that you received your special labels that we had sent to you on the same day that we sent the special labels to your colleague in Lebanon.
You mentioned that your colleague had not received his labels yet.  Once the labels for your colleague were placed in the mail, the WSA cannot control how long it takes for the mail to be received in Lebanon.  We emailed you to tell you that airmail can take at a minimum two to three weeks to arrive.  Sometimes airmail to places such as Lebanon can take more than a month due to local postal and customs authorities who open and delay mail.
We respectfully request your patience while the mail is arriving.
If your colleague does not receive the labels by April 30th, please let us know and we will issue replacements.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Sincerely,

The initial set of documents were sent to **. [redacted] and he can confirm that he DID receive them.  What he did not receive was simply two...

special labels that he had requested to be added to his documents.
Due to miscommunication about what exactly he wanted on the labels and the request for these labels after the initial set of forms were sent to us, the labels had not yet been completed.
We have informed **. [redacted] by email as of 10 March 2014 that we will complete and send out these labels this week which should resolve **. [redacted]'s initial concern.
We would appreciate if **. [redacted] will provide EXACTLY the words that he wants to have appear on his label and EXACTLY the words that he wants to have appear on his colleague's label.
We would also appreciate **. [redacted]'s replying with the full proper address to which he wants the labels to be sent.

Review: I have read about the World Passport which the World Service Authority issues and they announce that the passport is legal and can be used to travel all around the world; they insert on their website proofs that the passport is accepted by many countries such as United States and Australia! I believed and trust in them so, I paid the fees for me and for my colleague who is in Syria and he tried to travel using the passport; however, the passport is rejected so, I tried to reassure and I went to the American Embassy in Egypt and there, they told me that this passport is not authenticated and it is not accepted for visas and they advised me to file a complaint against them so, may you help me get my money and my colleague's money noting that we have paid 800$ for the passports and the other documents?Desired Settlement: All I need is getting our money back and we have credit cards and [redacted] accounts!

Few months ago, I have contacted the World Service Authority for a service; concerning issuing a private document. I contacted them using the mail ([email protected])! They asked me to pay in advance for the service to be done. They asked that I send the fees using [redacted] so, I have sent the payment using their [redacted] account:[redacted] and after I have sent the payment, they promised that they would send the document; however, months passed and they delayed sending the paper so, I wish that you contact them asking that they send the paper because that is my expectation noting that their mail I have contacted is [email protected] and their phone number is ###-###-####

Desired Settlement: I want them to send me the document or delivery of service to resolve that matter!
