I called the seller on March *** 2020 regarding the HP printer that I own. The printer was not working. They said that there was a virus in my computer that caused the printer to malfunction. They said that they would install an anti-virus into the computer. They said I would need to submit a check for $289.99 which would be for a 3 year ant-virus. I was hesitant about sending the check, but I lost my job and I was anxious to get the printer working so that I could submit resumes. They said that they would send me a new printer. I called twice asking when I would get the printer. As of this date I have not received the printer.
