The last time I signed into my account, which is May 11th 2017, weeks after I submitted an application through your website, it still says pendingYou claimed that within 72hours someone will examine my photo, but after weeks it is still pending and the application is not processed at allYour company is not doing any work to register my application, and after weeks it makes me come to the conclusion that, you are incapable of registering my application
Since you have failed to offer the service you claimed, I demand a refund of $from the full amount of $that I paid, plus $process fee that you chargedI will leave the approximately $amount to you, for any potential expenses you may have spent on my accountI also want my account closed, and I want you to destroy any record you have of my personal information

I will contact them with a [redacted] acct no. as I do not believe that they really applied for me even though they gave me a # but with no proof it was from the usa green card lottery. I applied myself and received a confirmation so I do no think you can apply twice,!!

As per our records customer did in fact pay the amount of $299 on August 8,2008. However, we did not receive photos to finish the process until 9/10/2015. At which point we did revise and finalize their submission and will be entered in the 2015...
