Mountain Valley Roofing was quite difficult to work withTerry *** sold himself and work very well, But when it came down to actually accomplishing the work in a timely fashion was very difficultMy proposed 5-day job too over 1/months to completeYes there was some issues with the materials company, but when all materials were on location it was still very difficult to get a full days work in without excuses as to why its not getting doneAdditionally Mountain Valley Roofing's contract on my project said 1/up front and the remainder upon completionTerry asked me weekly for payment advances, and if you couldn't he would go work at a different project till you could give him an advanceAt this point Mountain Valley Roofing has been paid in full, but upon inspection there is still quite a few things that need to be buttoned upI as well hired Mountain Valley roofing to do some Metal work on our steel building on the property and has left that job uncompleted as wellAnd to come and find out Mountain Valley Roofing didn't pay there supplier fully and there putting a LIEN on my propertyMountain Valley offered me a year labor warranty and I cant even get a call back for warranty work
