I'm not sure where to start with this complaint Lisa [redacted] s mother purchased a gift certificate for Lisa on May 12, On the gift certificate it clearly states an expiration date of May 12, I told Lisa I would be more than happy to extend her gift certificate to November 12th, I told her she would just need to book by this date, but could certainly travel after I totally understand that things can happen in life that you may need some extra time Lisa had asked for some suggestions as to where she might be able to go to use the $2,She stated she'd like to go somewhere for just her, but should invite her Mother and Sister to go along as well and didn't want to go much over the $2,We had a trip to Ireland in September of this year, and a girls only trip in November of this year, I had mentioned both of those to her She came in to my office with her mother and they had inquired about a trip to Niagara FallsOn March 27th, she indicated June dates or possibly October for the Niagara Falls trip They weren't sure when they could go, but asked me to check every weekend in June and July to give them an idea of pricingThey needed to ask the sister what dates she'd be able to go On June 13th, I was told that the sister would have to go in July or AugustI priced every weekend in July beginning the first weekend after July 4th, being July 6th, up through August 24th Her sister worked for the school district and they weren't sure when she'd need to be back in school On June 14th, it was also mentioned that they might want to go to Tybee Island, Door County WI as she likes Lighthouses, Dolphin Tours somewhere, Charleston, Savannah, StPetersburg FLI researched all of these destinations as well At that time, Lisa had also asked about "Over the Water Bungalows" for a trip for herselfI told her that they had those in Bora-Bora, but if she wanted a more economical way to go, they also have them in Mexico and Jamaica now as wellI priced the Mexico trip for the Over the Water Bungalows as soon as pricing was available which was on May 9th She also asked about pricing to Punta Cana in the Dominican and to Jamaica I priced Sandals in Jamaica in the Over The Water Bungalows for her for travel in July of I have a note from one of my co-workers that spoke with her on June 26th saying she called and still had no idea where she wanted to go, but would get back to us when she figured out if she was going alone or with her Mom and Sister I have met with Lisa in my office, called Lisa, an emailed Lisa multiple timesLisa's mother has contacted me to use the gift certificateI told her that would be perfectly fine with me as long as Lisa is good with itI have spoke with her mother last week and twice this weekShe has had me mail her some quotes for a trip to Bora Bora and she priced a Las Vegas trip for herself Lisa has emailed me and told me to not contact her I've spoken with her Mom since then I've been a Travel Agent for over yearsAs I explained to Lisa, I want my clients to have great travel experiencesI want and need my clients to returnI work over hours a weekI have a great client base and have worked hard to maintain thisI truly work hard at making my clients happy This is salesIn sales, you work hard to have them repeat Please let me know if you need any further informationI have multiple emails I'm happy to forward if needed Thank you -- Sherry Blair, OwnerWorld Travel JacksonvilleSouth Central Park PlazaJacksonville, IL 62650Phone 217-243-0530Fax 217-243-

I am rejecting this response because:1. I asked about Bora Bora on my initial visit in the office!2. Read her timeline and you can see her error.3. My sister doesn't work for a school district.4. My initial request for Bora Bora was turned down the same day I was in the office to discuss a trip and I know no one can go there on simply $2,000. She at that time, suggested Mexico and Jamaica. Mom was a witness to that conversation.5. I expressed I have money to go on a trip, but she and others in her office will suggest other locations even once I state a place. I finally gave up. 6. She only provided a trip itinerary to my mom for a trip to Bora Bora recently not when we initially asked/inquired about the trip. It was only after I contacted Revdex.com. 7. I did tell her not to contact me any further since they LIE. I, too, have all emails, and my mother knows about the conversation while in the office, and I didn't record phone conversations
