After many years of using this travel agency, I came out with many disappointment : I am about to go for a very delicate surgery and my mother book a ticket with this agency, we did so for rmany years.She travels from CA I am in VA Mom travels with her dog a little polite maltese, she never had a problem ...this time the agent Jan, decided to make a ticket with an unknown air craft company saying that with a certificate from a doctor that state that the dog has anxiety Therapy, she will get a ticket on this plain with the dogPlease Note my mom always travel first class with the little dog with her......Jan issued the ticket saying that mom just need to have a doctor certificate......ticket was charged on CC and after a day she says that has to be done by a specialist So we ended up with a impossible ticket and a surgery date dueJan called me saying that she tried everything and that she does not have the time to assist me on find a ticket, thats allow mom and tiny dog on first class ....like we always hadThis is not the first mistake she made......we lost a ticket from Europe to Usa cause she never advise of the paper we needed I am very sorry to say it but after many years of giving business to this company, I DO NOT SUGGEST IT TO ANYBODYno customer service and no Humanity
