I am rejecting this response because: I applied for the assessment, like [redacted] says, but ONLY under the assumption that World University was accredited in the United States by a recognized accrediting agency like the World.edu website insinuates (see attached wdu1.png image file).  The agency listed on the world.edu website as the school's accrediting agency is "NAHED, the United States National Academic Higher Education Agency".  I would like to bring your attention to this Wikipedia page.  This page states exactly what I am accusing World University of doing., and that is fraudulently having customers believe that they are an accredited educational institution.  My first run-in with [redacted] was on [redacted] where found and purchased an 'edu' domain email address from him for $5 USD on Jan. 30th, 2015 (see attached [redacted] receipt image file).  I then received an email from [redacted] last week stating how easy and cheap it would be to get a degree from his institution taking into account my previous work and life experiences.  I paid the $50 via PayPal (dispute also opened there) and [redacted] sent me another email stating that it was his pleasure to grant me a Bachelor's Degree after paying roughly $800.  He also had the amounts due to get a Masters and Doctorate.  I can not supply this information for the complaint because [redacted] has severed my ability to use the world.edu email address which I purchased through my transaction on [redacted] before I was able to download a copy.I never intended to use any U.S. State or Federal grants, loans or otherwise to obtain this degree.  I have educational benefits that I haven't used available to me because I am a Disabled Military Veteran.I won't even address [redacted]'s ludicrous claims of my mental status.My claim is simple!  [redacted] is committing fraud by; 1. Falsely representing an educational organization properly accredited by a United States Dept of Education accrediting agency; 2. Charging $50 to "assess" their educational backgrounds without first informing the customer of (1).  The statements made by [redacted] on his website would make one believe the degree(s) they purchase would be perfectly fine for obtaining employment in the degree's field of study in the United States.  Since [redacted] resides in Australia and has the World University, LLC in Boulder, CO., I have also lodged a complaint with the Colorado Attorney General's Office informing them of [redacted] and the world.edu site. Sincerely,
