I received a e cig kit and had a problem with the batteries
not chargingThe kit cost $and after months I contacted them about my
problemThey said
it was out of warrantee but to send back what came in my kit
and they would check it out
You are correct about the kit being
out of warranty and there was little we could doBut we wanted to help so we sent you a free battery
replacement even though it violated our policy and you were out of the warranty
periodWe did this to try and help you out because we care
I contacted them after my tracking number said they received
my packageGot another person who said they would check it for me but only
sent me small batteryI sent them large batteries, a plug and a usb
charger
Yes, we checked the batteries sent
back and both internal damage done to the batteryBut needless to say, we still sent
you additional battery (even though it was again against our policy since you were
out of warranty) and your usb charger back to use with your new batteriesSo
you received two fresh batteries even though you were past warranty
policy
Now I have nothing for the $paid except for a small
battery I can't even chargeThey have all the items that were in my kitI
don't even if they found a problem with my batteries or charger but refuse to
send me my kit back
We were not aware you wanted the old
damaged batteries backWe will have the old ones sent back to you today via
USPS
They are always off line and now I can't even get to the web
siteI have never had this problem with any other company I have dealt with
They have always compensated me with a replacement product and never requested
me to send back the other items
I am sorry you are having problems
navigating to our websitePlease understand, we have compensated you past the
set policy warranty and have no problems sending you your damaged batteries
back
I can not get anywhere with this company since the people I
chat with have no authority to do anything and have to check with someone else
Still not resolved and it has upset me that they have the $and the items
that came in the Ego Kit

You are correct about the kit being

Review: I purchased an electronic cigarette kit for my boyfriend. The original ad said "Satisfaction Guaranteed." he was not pleased with the product. He is a recovering addict, and said that they tasted like CRACK COCAINE. One use only. I tried to return the product. The company representative referred me to small print that said that the product is non-returnable. I would have never purchased the product if I had known there were no returns.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to return the product since they did not make conditions OBVIOUSLY CLEAR to educate new consumers that this type of product is not returnable. At time of purchase, consumer should alert consumer that product is non returnable before the consumer agrees to accept charges. There is no reason why the major appliance and several cartridges cannot be sold again as new.
