I just returned a male rat to them today due to aggression, and after telling the owner that he was in a cage with a female that has a severe upper respiratory infection and advising that she quarantine him before putting him back in a tank with 15-20 other rats, she looked at me and dropped him in the middle of the piled sleeping animals. All of this after offering me half of my money back because they "don't take livestock back". This is a lie, because they get free animals from people who breed them that aren't guaranteed to not be inbred or even healthy to sell. Unfortunately I could only get store credit to get my full amount back, but after I use that, I probably will not be returning. That whole tank of animals may end up sick and/or dying.
