Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I read the response from Air Comfort and they seem to be assuming a lot of information with no basis or proofI did get aggravated and used some foul language which is regrettable, however the customer service they displayed was the source of frustrationNo where in Air Comfort's response did they address the fact that it took multiple attempts by me to reach the service manager and that after a month I finally got a call backThe service manager was more concerned with accusing me of just being another home warranty customer who wanted something for freeIn fact, all I wanted was to speak to someone about the issue and talk through what Air Comfort's tech told meAt no time did the second A/C unit come up or was there ever a problem, not sure why it is being brought up by Air ComfortThe fact that they claim the home warranty paid me a settlement, refused to complete the work and cancelled my warranty are all liesThe home warranty did not provide a settlement, they provided a list of other vendors to complete the work since Air Comfort refused to perform and they had another company complete the workThe new company was very responsive and had the problem fixed within short orderThe additional work cost me nothing out of pocket which is not what Air Comfort was proposingin fact the new company even suggested the freon leaked out of the outside unit because the work was not done properly when Air Comfort had been there previouslyAir Comfort's response is riddled with information and lies about what happened with my claim after they refused to complete the workI think this directly speaks to their credibility and approach to customer service.Regards, [redacted] ***

I briefly looked at our information on Mr*** and found that we had declined to provide him service based on his prolific use of four letter words when speaking with two of our dispatchers as well as me. All those words can all be found in *** *** list of things you can't say on
TV. He was also rude, disrespectful, and demanding. He has a home warranty and was aggravated with them but could not get them to give him more than his contract provided so he decided to see if he could get us to do that for him. He has multiple a/c systems on his home and felt that he should have a higher level of service than any other customer. The home warranty company finally did a pay out with him, they refused to send out another servicer based on his behavior (mouth), and may have terminated his contract. We will not provide him any services going forward. I am not sure what he wrote in his complaint against us but most likely it centered around us not providing him service or continuing to refer him back to the home warranty company for answers regarding decisions that they had made. Let me know what else I can do to resolve this problem
I called Mr*** on July and told him again that he would have to pay his portion of the costs as determined by the home warranty company. When he increased his use of foul language and started yelling I explained to him that we would not be providing him any further services and terminated the conversation Mr*** was dishonest with the home warranty company in that he called them the morning of July and told them that he had reached an agreement with Air Comfort regarding the repairs and that they could proceed. This was relayed to me by the authorization department on the 23rd. He was also dishonest in saying that our tech had told him that there was no freon left in his system. Based on the conversation I had with the tech after the call, he knew that there was still freon left that would have to be recovered even though it was leaking.Mr*** has AC equipment that is almost years old, not been well maintained, and it would appear that he is trying to get the home warranty company to replace it for nothing. We frequently see this situation with home warranty customers and they become angry when they are not given a new system

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I read the response from Air Comfort and they seem to be assuming a lot of information with no basis or proof. I did get aggravated and used some foul language which is regrettable, however the customer service they displayed was the source of frustration. No where in Air Comfort's response did they address the fact that it took multiple attempts by me to reach the service manager and that after a month I finally got a call back. The service manager was more concerned with accusing me of just being another home warranty customer who wanted something for free. In fact, all I wanted was to speak to someone about the issue and talk through what Air Comfort's tech told me. At no time did the second A/C unit come up or was there ever a problem, not sure why it is being brought up by Air Comfort. The fact that they claim the home warranty paid me a settlement, refused to complete the work and cancelled my warranty are all lies. The home warranty did not provide a settlement, they provided a list of other vendors to complete the work since Air Comfort refused to perform and they had another company complete the work. The new company was very responsive and had the problem fixed within short order. The additional work cost me nothing out of pocket which is not what Air Comfort was proposing. in fact the new company even suggested the freon leaked out of the outside unit because the work was not done properly when Air Comfort had been there previously. Air Comfort's response is riddled with false information and lies about what happened with my claim after they refused to complete the work. I think this directly speaks to their credibility and approach to customer service.Regards,[redacted]
