Review: I used WWF services to advertise my fishing business for one year at $698. After dissatisfactory performance from WWF, I chose not to renew my account with them for the next year and told them in voice message as well as email. This month I discovered a $698 charge on my Credit Card from WWF, which I never authorized, and now they will not answer or return multiple calls and emails from me. I simply want my credit card reimbursed for the amount of $698, and all association with WWF terminated.Desired Settlement: Reimburse my Credit Card, which WWF obviously has my number, for the full amount of $698.

I have looked into this client's record and here are our findings.---------------------Client signed up with us on 11/5/2012 and part of the agreement states that if cancellation is not received prior to renewal then our system automatically renews11/12/2013 - Renewal Email sent to client12/5/2013 - System tries to renew and is unable to 12/17/2013 - We sent Unpaid invoice due email 12/18/2013 - System was able to run chargeAt this time we did not receive any phone calls or emails. We did not run anything on 5/23/13 which is the date that they stated occurred.After the charge was processed, we received email stating cancellation as well as phone calls. During the months of Jan-Feb 2014 we were experiencing voicemail issues so I just pulled phone records and do see that he called in during that time. We received a chargeback from his CC company on 1/25/14 stating that his card was successfully refundedOn 2/5/14 - We froze his account in accordance to the chargeback and he no longer wanting serviceI just confirmed with the CC processing service and the bank that this was refunded back to his card successfully and that we no longer have any balances owed to him or from him.------------------------------Please let me know if there is any additional information that you need.[redacted]

Review: My husband signed up for some internet optimization program for his website through this company. They stated that the charge was $174 for the full year. My credit card statement reflected this one charge until recently, when they charged an additional fee to my account. This is clearly a monthly fee that they failed to tell us about or have us sign proper authorization forms. No one is answering the phones of either the company that we purchased this from or the company that charged our card that they work with.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a refund for the ENTIRE amount charged to my credit card by this company. If I had known that the first charge was for only a month's worth of services, I would have declined the service. Thus, I would like a refund for every penny that I gave to this sleazy company.
