Thank you for bringing this consumer's experience to our attentionI can confirm that we did receive a contact form this consumer and sent a Free Product replacement coupon to them on 1/16/We advise our consumers on the label to pull the inner barrel out of the applicator about inch until you feel a resistanceThen you fill that inch of the applicator with Replens™ LONG-LASTING Moisturizer from the tubeThis is the correct amount for one applicationIt these instructions are inadvertently not followed, it may be that the consumer is overfilling each individual doseWe have strict quality controls in place to ensure that the product is filled with the labeled amountWe appreciate the opportunity to respond to this concern
