Review: I spoke with [redacted] of World wide medical located at [redacted], beginning of March till April of 2012 regarding purchasing a refurbished ultrasound machine. I had discussed with [redacted] what I was looking for and informed him that my intend was to transport this instrument to Liberia, WA. We meet sometime in May or June, of 2012. He informed me that the cost of the instrument was $9000 and it was ready for pickup. I informed him that I was intending on transporting the instrument around Aug/Sept and it would be best to leave it there and he suggested a 50% deposit, in which I issued a check of $4,500 to world wide medical. The check was cashed within a week. I called him back about 2months later and informed that my business transaction in Liberia became negligible and that I would not be going further in business with him. From that time it has been difficult to communicate with him and he continues to not answer my calls or return any. I was able to reach my coincidently the week of February *, 2014 in which he promised to return my calls but has not yet.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back, I work hard for it and its not fair. He did not me treat me fairly and when ever he spoke with me he was rude and condescending. He refuses to refund my money and insists that I must purchase the machine. His reasons this is his business and he invested in the machine specifically made for me. I need to know from him what is refurbished, cause I thought I was purchasing a used instrument not a custom made.
