An employee from WWT was sent to my house by *** last week to fix my *** laptop He was to just fix the *** logo on the top of the laptop lid because it wouldn't light up A simple task for a true professional that should've only taken minutes tops He was hasty in his work and did more damage than repair for my laptop In taking apart the monitor frame, in which he admitted he'd never done before, he did hastily and tore some tape that was attached to the monitor This created a gap between the monitor and frame He tried to pretend he did a good job and that nothing was wrong This made me so angry I told him it couldn't be fixed and needed a new part so he puts on the review sheet that he's supposed to fill out that it needed the part, but did it in a way so as not to take any blame that he'd damaged my laptop He left and I immediately called *** to notify them of this horrible employee Thankfully *** has been great about fixing everything themselves and in a timely matter since This employee (of which I do have his name) should be working somewhere else He wasn't professional, careful, and worst of all dishonest He even called me, after *** contacted him to say they were taking over, and was upset that I contacted them since he'd already ordered a new part (to try to cover up his mess I guess) and said he didn't think they'd (***) would be able to fix my laptop Right
