There is no way that their mechanic let my traverse run for several hours because when my mechanic drove it he drove it for not even mins and the engine blew on him after Tegler brought it back to meAnd the second time they did the oil change it wasn't due yet.

***Even though auto dealerships are exempt from the FTC's Cooling-Off Rule, *** offered Ms*** the opportunity to return the vehicle for a fLfll refund at that time which Ms*** did not wish to doMswent to social media with complaints about the dealershipShe even stated that we gave her the opportunity to return the vehicleWe are a family owned dealership and we conduct business with great integrityThe dealership reach out to Ms*** to help resolve the issueOn March 3, at 157,miles, we repaired molding, turned the front rotors, replaced front brake pads, changed the oil and replaced a buckle assemblyEven though the repair order was $732.67, this was done at NO COST to Ms***She also deleted her negative post on social media and replaced it with positive comments.On May 26, 2017, at 166,miles, Ms*** called stating that the vehicle stalled while she was d.rivingTegeler Toyota sent a wrecker to her home, started the vehicle, drove it on to the wrecker and brought it back to the dealershipOur original sticker was still on the windshield stating the next oil change should be completed by 162,milesShe did not change the oil which is routine maintenanceThe were ran, it had cam correlation codesWe changed the oil and let it run for several hours to make sure that it didn't reset any new codesOur service department told her that there was a bottom end engine rattleMs*** declined to repair because she wanted to take it to her mechanic that would accept payments for the repair, Tegeler Toyota once again towed the vehicle from the dealership to Ms***'s residence with a wreckerUpon arriving at her home, we started the vehicle, drove it off the wrecker and into her driveway without issuesAnd once again, we DID NOT charge Ms*** for the repair order/wrecker bill which was $Ms*** has the responsibility of maintain her purchaseWe feel that we have gone above and beyond to resolve the issue and it is unfortunate ürat Ms*** isnot satisfied
