I booked three tickets to Bangladesh with WorldWide Travel Services on May ***, my total cost was $3,and I paid in cash and in return I received a receipt from them They told me to contact them a week or two before the flightWhen I did contact them they did not answer nor return the callsFurthermore their offices are closedApparently the copy of the tickets they gave were not actual tickets, but a copy of the reservationWe contacted the airlines (Emirates) and said that our tickets were purchased by the travel agency but cancelled and the money was refunded back to the companyWe have been trying to contact them for our refund back but they do not answerThe fact I am not the only person who is facing this problem, hundreds of other families have been scammed by this company and could not go to their destinations either for vacation or to see their familyMy flight was supposed to be on July [redacted] and now I cannot visit my family I would have to book new ticketsBasica

I bought 7 tickets for my family to go t o Bangladesh on July [redacted] As per 62017 heard on the news that, this business doesn't exists anymore. they took all the money and closed their business. I went to Emirates counter in JFK on june [redacted] they said they dont no t have any tickets issued under me and my family names. I have the receipts with STATUS as Confirmed on it. I also have the receipts of the payment that I made to buy these tickets amount of $5000. at this moment I don't know what should I do.

This agency is a scam! The people that work their are scam artists! We made tickets through their agency and we recently found out the bookings were cancelledThey had taken our money and closed down all their locations All their phone lines are deadThe founder of this business is nowhere to be foundThey just took our money and ranThis hasn't only happened to my family, but hundreds of families in the area!!!!

Hi my husband and I purchased flight tickets from Nazmul Huda who is the owner of this travel agencyWe purchased tickets to Bangladesh because he gave us a good price on Emirates airlines so we paid him in cashA few weeks after we contacted Emirates to make sure we have our tickets and they didn39t have anything under our nameWe called Nazmul and he said to call back after a few weeksThis happened for monthsLater in June we found out that he was a scam and that he scammed other families as wellSo please do something about this man and his business

I purchased tickets from them on May *** for me and my family to travel from JFK to Dhaka, Bangladesh for $($each) I paid the money from bank account (from my account to their bank account they send me) as I purchased the ticket by phone and I live in Lansdale, PA and they send our tickets to my emaildays before our flight I called them to make sure everything is good but I could never reach themSo I called the airline (***) and I spoke to them and they said my ticket is confirmed and I selected our seat so at the date we were flying after we arrived to the airport when we were checking in they said our ticked was cancelled at the last moment and they refunded the agency and we never informed and we never get our money back

I have purchased airline tickets from WorldWide Travel Services for Emirates flight# *** departing from JFK on June **  The payment amount for all tickets combined was $ Initially we spoke to the owner of "WorldWide Travel Services" Nazmul Huda and requested we pay by credit card but he said the price $was a special cash offer so we went ahead and paid him Cash and received a signed cash receipt dated 5/*/as well as a copy of the Ticket reservation (incl departing/arrival information)
