I called 2 days in a row and left voice messages for a returned call and on both days someone returned my call (Alicia, Jennifer and Shannon) and was able to assist me. I purchased an upgrade for an a few extra vacations, however after I realized(2 months later) I didn't qualify both someone in reservations (Alicia) and Customer Service (Shannon) were willing to refund a portion of my money w/ NO HASSLE. My suggestion to others is: listen carefully & write down what you purchased, confirm you qualify for all applicable trips,read all the paperwork they give you, book according to the requirements (90- 30 days advance) and if they don't answer when you call then PLEASE leave a voice message b/c they will return your call w/ in 24 hours (in my case they returned my call the same day). I didn't have to shout, fuss nor argue for them to offer a refund. Shannon made a great suggestion which I happily accepted. I am looking forward to taking my daughter on a vacation, b/c a single mother this opportunity doesn't come often. & I have WWV to thank for the opportunity.
