World Wide Web Communications

Review: World Wide Web Communications was hired to build and host the website [redacted] They completed this work and have continued to host the site. The site has been going down often due to what is being reported as denial of service attacks. Currently the website has been down for over a week and they have provided very little communications and offered no assistance in identifying or resolving the issue.They reported a similar problem for another website they hosted for us, and forces us to upgrade our service to correct the problem. Now this it seems as though they are going to ask us to upgrade again.When we had problems with out other website I simply asked if they could provide a backup of the site. Out intent was to move the site to another server. They stated that they could not provide a backup because we could not log into the server. Administrators could easily access the server to perform a simple task like this. The lack of customer support is surprising as I have been a customer for numerous years.Desired Settlement: What I would like is for full backups of both of our websites to be provided to us so that we can move them to another service. I would like our existing sites restored to service until we can facilitate the change over. This should not be an issue considering we have paid for the hosting. We are not asking for anything for free.
