I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute
Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.I do not see how this transaction can be completed on time So it is logical to me that this purchased gun must be received by *** *** *** in California by Saturday, 12/12/(in days) in order to fulfill the state-mandated day waiting period (which I have advised Worldcrest about) for me to pick it up before the Christmas holiday closing It can not be received on 12/14/as the shop is closed on Mondays I travel out of town on 12/27/so there is no chance to extend the waiting period through the 31st So looking at a calendar, we are out of time to receive this gun It was purchased on 9/21/and I promptly paid the invoice and sent the FFL through *** *** *** (twice, as it was originally lost) Worldcrest has not answered or returned ANY of my nearly messages The only responses I have ever gotten were the original request for a cashier's check, and now through the Revdex.com in response to my claim Even in their recent response, there is no estimated date of arrival or proposed resolution I am requesting that Worldcrest deliver the original product purchased within the timeframe (by 12/12/15) or refund the full amount in a cashier's check back to me I will provide my mailing address for this

After seeing other complaints and responses, it if evident that Worldcrest Auction has a problem doing business(F rating with Revdex.com)Their response must be a catch all response because they quote "during the auction at the beginning, lot 101,lot 201, and lot the bidders are told that most of items are ordered directly from manufactures ...", my lot which was is not mentioned nor was itAlso the dates are wrong per my various communications with themIt was October when they collected shipping charge info Not November 16, on Oct they said everything is completed (payment, proper paperwork and item is right in front of them) and shipping will be handled later that day or by the latest tomorrow and I would be receiving a tracking numberThat did not happen nor was a tracking number ever given when item was finally shipped.Item was received , but not until after complaints to the Revdex.com and Texas Attorney General were made. They also made mention on how buyer did not comply with terms and conditions as agreed and lost rights to item, but was delivered anyway, if that was the case then they should have addressed those issue in response, but did notLess learned to research with Revdex.com before doing business

To say that he has been out for two weeks ill and that many of his employees have been out for one reason or another is wrong.  This has been going on since Feb, so where does the two weeks come into play. I was told more then six weeks ago that he would sending a check out soon, again what does the two week have to do with it. He is just dragging his feet. Also, he say's he is a member of the NAA and the TAA, I checked with both and he is not a member.

This is another stall tactic, their first response was they had fired their shipper and were handling the shipping themselves, had hired someone to expedite shipments.Never was I informed that items were coming from a third party. Was even told once they were in the process of handling the shipping. This company has acted in a deceivingmanner in every form of their operations.

Yes, I finally got my ammo. Will never buy from them again. Still can't believe they are actually getting away with this. Employees were apologetic as they knew what was going on but were unable to do anything. I also filed mailed fraud, fortunately all my transactions were able to be tracked, postal money orders and priority mail. Thanks for the help,Take care,[redacted]

On the auction webpage, the WorldCrest website, and verbally before the auction, at lot 101, lot 201, and lot 291 the bidders are told that the items they are buying are new unless marked otherwise and come from the manufacturers, importers and wholesalers in an effort to get the items at the lowest...

possible price. The items are put on hold the next business day after the auction. The hold is released a week later if the payment and FFL are not received within that time period. The payment was late in arriving and the items were released back into the sources inventory. Upon receipt of the payment the items were once again requested where they await their manufacturing run. The item will then be shipped to WorldCrest, processed per ATF guidelines, and shipped to the buyer after payment of the shipping and handling. There are no refunds unless an item is discontinued.

All of Springfield Armories guns expire January 1, 2016 as do those of many other manufacturers. It is very unlikely that Springfield will not renew their guns in California. Nevertheless [redacted]'s gun is in route and is expected to be in our hands sometime Wednesday, December 9, 2015. Regardless of...

what happens on January 1, 2016 her gun will have arrived long before her deadline.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is mostly satisfactory to me.  I did get refunded for my payment, but this is not how it happened.  I  had to file complaints in multiple places, and then, only when the online auctioneer threatened to suspend their auctioning privledges did they actually refund my money.  They refunded my money back in September the day after the auctioneer called again, letting me know that they might be suspended.  As a result of their very poor customer service, I will never do business with them again.  Regards, [redacted]

new products at the lowest possible price. The price is lower but payment and receipt of the buyers' transfer agents Federal Firearms License must be made quickly to receive the product quickly. The item was placed on hold the first business day after the auction. The hold is for one week. The payment was received in a timely manner but the FFL took longer. The source for the item elected to not release the item until after the FFL was received, which was in Mid October. We received the item late in the day on Wednesday, November 11, along with many other items. Within twenty-four hours of receipt the item was entered into the ATF Gun Book. We completed the preparation of the item for shipping on Friday. On Monday, November the 16th we finally reached the buyer and collected the shipping and handling charges.  UPS picked up the item Tuesday morning, November 17th. The complainant submitted his complaint to the Revdex.com AFTER receiving his item. WorldCrest at no time did anything wrong. The fact is that the buyer did not comply with the Terms and Conditions as agreed and lost the rights to the item but we delivered it to him anyway and before he ever sent in his complaint. He was always treated with curtesy and respect.

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below. The letter the business sent you was completly false.  They have never contacted me and have not refunded any money.  At the time of purchase I had sent them the information for the ffl which they required, because they sent me my other purchase which also required the ffl.

Revdex.comMESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:This is in regards to [redacted]. Complaint ID: [redacted] won an item at auction on 1/18/2015. His payment was received timely but we have no record of receiving a copy of his transfer agents Federal Firearms License (FFL). By federal law, we can only send a firearm to a transfer agent with an FFL. Due to his lack of a timely response to sending a FFL, according to the terms and conditions of the auction which he agreed to, he lost all rights to the lot he paid for. This is also spelled out at worldcrestauctions.com by clicking on ”How To Buy A Gun”.What we will agree to do is, upon receipt of an FFL from his selected transfer agent, we will give him a credit of $263.25 towards whatever he wins at auction even though we owe him nothing. Further, he will need to pay for any shortfall needed plus shipping and handling. Thanks[redacted]
