Repair request for connector on *** *** *** lead to them sending the wrong battery (not the problem), then sending the phone away for repairLoaner phone had to be replaced, but since I was on business trip I was unable to have a replacement phone
Phone came back wiped of info with screen protector cracked with dirt under it
