Review: I bought a vehicle from Worldsbestautoinc. After 1 day and taking it to a certified mechanic there was problems with the tire sensor,sun-roof,muffler,engine mount was crack and the differential on the left side was leaking. After going back and forth the dealer said that he would fix the problems. He mended the muffler and fixed the engine mount with a use piece. After getting back my vehicle I took it to Nissan direct. The differential leak was not fix, nor was the tire sensors and both front control arm bushings was torn and to top it off they even took out my mat. Nissan and another certified mechanic told me that the dealer's mechanic is destroying the vehicle. There was no way that this vehicle could of pass inspection. Total repair would be $2,900 if done correctly. The dealer mechanic cuts all corners so now my vehicle I payed all cash for is ruined.Desired Settlement: I do not want to take the vehicle to the dealer's mechanic because they cannot be trusted. They did not fixed the problems and when I got my vehicle back there was more problems. Total Cost $2,900 I would like to get back so Nissan can correctly fix their mistakes.

I received a letter from the Revdex.com with [redacted] as the mediator. I spoke to [redacted] briefly regarding this matter. I am writing to object to this complaint [redacted] is making. First off regarding the sensors he is talking about, we explained to [redacted] that we checked the tire pressure and they were all fine. It probably needs a tire pressure sensor that he will be able to find at most local tire shops. We explained it to him and his wife that since its not a mechanical issue or a safety issue that we wont fix it during negotiations and they were fine with it. They did know about this before purchase because they took it on 3 different test drives one him and his wife alone, then second with there mechanic that checked it out for them and last one was the day they purchased the vehicle with a family friend. After they took there test drives they left us a deposit on the [redacted] of September and picked up the vehicle on the [redacted] of September. They came in that Monday with these concerns they mentioned that there mechanic said the muffler is rusted, the engine mount was worn and one of the differential seals were also worn. We without any hesitation acknowledged there issues and took there vehicle to a local service shop that we use. We sent it to this place because we have different mechanics we use depending on the vehicle issue it may have and the one we sent it to is good for us because we used them in the past and worked out great. At the first mechanic shop we sent it to which is called [redacted]. It took him almost all day to finish because he had to wait for part to be delivered to him from Nissan. H e took care of the seal problem which he mentioned to us that it was not bad but could be changed cause it was worn just a little. And this happens to vehicles its part of maintance, basically not a big deal. But we still in good faith took care of it but one of three engine mounts that they said was bad definitely could be changed and we took care of that as well. Then after that was repaired we sent the vehicle to a local muffler shop. I told them to check it out as a second opinion because [redacted]'s told us that the end piece that holds the end of the muffler to the pipes was ok. Its not close to the catalyst so its fine. But since the customers mechanic scared them about it I had it fixed. It wasn't a patch job like the customer says, it was the only way unless you want to replace the whole muffler which makes no sense. They never mentioned anything about control arms or anything. The sunroof works perfectly fine made no noise at all only when it opens towards the end it would squeak a little to my understanding. These people have very bad attitudes and wife was very disrespectful to us and to her own husband before and after they purchased it. We tried to explain to them that some mechanics will try to take advantage of people but they didn't want to hear it. And about the mats being missing, we take these type accusations very seriously and that was totally false because the vehicle didn't come with mats to begin with. We gave them temporary paper mats until they purchased there own. We just feel like customer really trying to take advantage of us. We never had an issue like this before with customers. Occasionally a customer might come back cause they heard a squeak or something minor like that but never this bad. They making it seem like we sold them a junk car or something. When they picked up there car we never heard from them again so we assumed everything ok. We called [redacted] and asked him how was everything and he told us everything good but his wife is upset she had to go through this. If there is anything that is mechanical or safety issue we would love the customer to bring back to us because 2900 is outrageous. The whole differential doesn't cost that much. I got my car from this dealership. They are very straight up and tell you what it is, even if its not what you want to hear (in a professional and respectful manner). Honesty is better than doing a deal with a liar. They give very specific detail about the contracts you sign and they make sure you understand everything before you leave. The car I got was in great condition and I have never had any problems at all. I would definitely get another car from this dealership.
