shipped, shaved and returned in 9 days. Added 20 yards going on two years three rounds per week

Like others I went with the "suggested" cor shaving based on my swing speed. Literally hit the club 6 times and it caved. Reached out to the company and received zero response. I knew it was a risk but expected more than six swings. Not worth the cost or risk.

I sent a Driver and a 5 wood , I received conformation of their receipt and received them back, in about a week. I haven't hit them yet , I'm in winterized Michigan , but the process was flawless.

Some of the comments on this site versus the star rating posted MAKE ZERO SENSE !
I have used them in the past, a few years ago. I was so satisfied I just sent them a new PING g400 to shave. If you know your driver SS there should not be a problem. I played one of my older driver for 3 seasons , about twice per week and the face at the end of season three was perfect.

Also, when you go from a conforming 0.830 COR to let's say an 0.880 COR and you say there is no difference, YOU ARE FULL OF CRAP !

I have not sent a club to this facility and won't!
All the negative comments make me so much more reluctant!
I have also tried to speak to someone from the company to no avail!
All I get is a secretaries voicemail named "brittany" and that is on every extension with this company!
I called a local golf shop in tempe and they claimed is a "fly by night" operation and I wouldn't send my club there to have it shaved!
Too bad, it sounded interesting!

I sent a driver head to this company to be "shaved". I received it back in a reasonable amount of time. There was slight finish damage caused by poor packing on return shipping. I was able to buff out the rub marks with auto compound polish.

I have used the product with no improvement in distance or ball speed on a launch monitor.

I have tried to contact on customer service form, return form, phone and email. I can get no response.

The guarantee on the website apparently means nothing.

Had a Great Big Bertha 3 wood taken to .880 cor and it dented or caved in by the 9th hole on first round. Extremely disappointed as it sounded like a tin can hitting it as well. Had a extremely high ting to it when hitting it and didn't even get half way thru the first round with it. Total waste of money and complete waste of money.

I want to give 10 stars for the way The Worlds Hottest driver did business with me.

I sent them in one driver Head and received a different one back. I called them to inform them of the mistake and within a week I had a new Head of the model I sent

in. I told them I would send them back the one they sent me and they told me to keep it as they just wanted me to be satisfied and were sorry for any mistake on their part...again I want to say thank you for treating this disabled Vet which they did not know so kindly.

I bought a shaved Taylormade SLDR from them. Ended up paying $519 for the club. Received it and could tell it was shaved, as described. I chose the COR level as recommended by them based on my swing speed. I literally hit the driver 2 or 3 times and noticed that the club face was caved in. $500 gone like that. I contacted them and after a long wait, they finally got back to me. I sent the club back to them and they reviewed it and agreed with me. Their resolution was to sell me another club at their cost, which was a $50 discount. I didn't want to spend another chunk of money for a faulty product that they didn't stand behind. Sadly, i'm out the money and they just returned the club to me (without the head cover this time..) I wish I knew this going into it. I hope someone else wondering if it was a good idea or not will find this and help them make the correct choice, which is stay away!!
