to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:My tracking information is not updatedI received an email Saturday saying that my package was on the way, and as of right now, on the *** website with my tracking number, it has not shipped outIt has been preparing for shipment for 2, almost days nowI am not able to live chat with the online people because they're always offlineI've only caught them online once and that was when I got the shipping informationSo that is why I have emailed twice now, and both should have been received because both emails have said they were deliveredI would like to know if my shoes are still in China and have not been shipped out yet, or if they are currently on the way to the US, and if not then I need an answer of when my shoes will arrive.
