All of our vehicles are fully detailed and come with a full tank of gas. No exceptions.
In August, we were offering a $[redacted] gift card for [redacted] OR $[redacted] off the purchase price of your vehicle. You opted for lower payment and the discount in lieu of the gift card. All of our vehicles come with the balance of the manufactures warranty, as well as an extended power train warranty through [redacted]. This is the same warranty through the manufacturer without such mileage restrictions and a longer duration.

We recommend oil to be changed every 5 months or 5000km. The oil was changed in your vehicle prior to you purchasing it. Oil changes are required as scheduled maintenance.

First of all at no point were we asked if we wanted a gift card or a reduction of $[redacted] off the purchase price of the vehicle. At no point was that option given.
Second of all I have numerous messages stating the oil change would be reimbursed as it was clearly not a long enough duration for that to have been done prior to purchase. We absolutely did not put 5000 km on the car.
The car was delivered to us with a quarter tank of fuel. We were told that would be fixed and never was (offered a gas card). When the car was brought back to us once repaired it was again nearing empty and was as full as it could get when it left us on a flat bed.
The warranty was NEVER explained properly. Even [redacted] themselves could not understand why we had to pay for their services when we already had them through **.
While it is admirable that you provide employment to [redacted], and they were polite, they did not appear in a state which would make someone feel comfortable meeting them for the first time.
We have contacted [redacted] and have arranged they defer our warranty to begin when our factory one runs out however we will not waiver in our other expectations.
Things were far beyond not explained to us the day we signed papers. It was not acceptable.
