Review: I pay almost 500 dollars a month for a service contract and my machine has not worked right for almost 6 weeks. Worldwide is costing me $250 to $400 dollars a day because they cannot fix this machine and I still pay the service contract. If this cannot be resolved then I will be forced to seek legal damages through the courts.Desired Settlement: I would like our Worldwide machine to be fixed and the down time on this machine receive proper credit for our continued contract payments for a machine that Worldwide cannot seem to fix properly.

Review: Unable to get repairs done on our machines in a timely manner. Most of the emissions machines are down for a week if not longer before repairs are performed. It's almost impossible to get [redacted] the repair tech on the phone. Have spoken with [redacted] the supervisor several times and still all efforts to get our equipment fixed go ignored. One of our locations has been down since August of 2013.Desired Settlement: To fix the current broken equipment and respond to repair orders in a timely manner.

The consumer complaint dated 3/14/2014 made by Ms. [redacted] from Havoline Xpress Lube has been

addressed by Mr. [redacted], Worldwide Environmental Product, East Coast Supervisor. The details of

their conversation are below.

I spoke to [redacted] from Havoline Xpress Lube this morning regarding her complaint to the Revdex.com. She told me she made

the complaint due to the fact she was upset when she did. She felt this was the only way to get things done. Her

complaint indicated the location on Austell had been down since August, 2013. I reviewed the history on this

location and spoke to [redacted] about it as well. Refer to [redacted]' comments below too.

She believes [redacted] does not have the resources to do his job effectively, i.e. parts. She says [redacted] would tell her it

would take a week or two to get the part(s) since the warehouse did not have them available. In this case, [redacted]

says it took a few weeks to finally get the motherboard he ordered which did not rectify the problem. Upon getting

approval to install the replacement tray, it was defective. He waited again to get another tray. Once he did receive

It, he installed it. He had a call back the next day after installing it due to a loose cable. This shop has had no other

calls since.

Alana further added [redacted] is a good worker, but she would like to see o better response time from him. She expects

service the next day upon placing a call. She does not want to wait a week before he goes out there. This was a

general complaint and she was not specific on the other locations per her complaint to the Revdex.com.

[redacted] says he will calf her every time he receives a call for service and will provide her on estimated time of arrival

for him to be our there. Most of the time, he cannot duplicate the error upon servicing the machines.

Lastly, [redacted] said service has improved since she deals with me directly upon placing a new call for service. She will

call the service department and ask for me specifically to place her service calls. I will in turn dispatch the call to

[redacted].

Please advise us if there is anything else we may do to assist or necessary to address.

Review: On October 7th, 2013, I deposited $500 to purchase a SmogCheck machine to the Worldwide Environmental Products Inc. They said they will deliver it before April 2014. The company was not able to get it to me by the deadline.

In June of 2014, I emailed the company. to ask to refund my $500 deposit as I do not want the machine anymore. They promised they will return me my deposit within 2 weeks.

After many emails, up until today there is still no response or refund.

This is notice to inform you that a check was mailed to Smog Only/Son Cao in the amount $ 500.00 on 10/14/2014. This is regarding the deposit made for our DAD unit. We were waiting to get certified and customer did not want to wait for certification. We have since been certified but customer refused to continue with the purchase.
