Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
It was my mistake not to take written communication as I believed dealer. He has lied that he has reduced $200 for tires. we have reduced it before I took it to mechanic. Can he submit any proof for that.  I have my friend  [redacted] and he was present during conversation.
Regarding time belt change I have attached mail communication with Dealer.  On Monday, February 03, 2014 11:24 AM he responded me that he will confirm on Belt. But I have not got any mail after that. I need confirmation on that. Because it is very  dangerous if we do not change timing belt. I would request to provide time belt replacement receipt soon.  I also want him to comment on this matter ASAP.
I will thank Dealer has agreed to provide 2015 registration sticker at last.
He has not given DMV actual cost ( including Sales tax).  I will also go to DMV to know what exact amount was paid to DMV. As per registration bill it is showing he has paid only  $15.   Can he provide answer on this point as well.
Regarding Keyless entry ,  I have SMS from Dealer stating he will provide  that. Following was exact text from Dealer.
" The Key cost only $30. If the key does not come by Tuesday.  I will buy you another key don't worry about it."  ( 24 Jan 2014, 5:48 PM).  I can show that SMS from dealer's.  as well.

Dear Madam or Sir,
As we have stated before all the information was provided to the customer about the vehicle before the purchase and there is no other information we can provide to the customer as we did not agree to anything in writing.  If customer has any documentation showing we have agreed to provide him with information.  PLease have him provide it.  Thank-you

I had a great experience purchasing my first vehicle from Worldwide Motors. They were very helpful in getting me financing for my credit was bad and I had very little down payment but they still worked to get me a low interest with only $500 down payment on my 2012 Ford Focus. Thanks to A.J. and Robby.

Review: a) I have bought Toyota Camry LE 2002 on 27-Feb-2014. Dealer aggreed to sell the car at $5300. He told that Belt change was done and will provide me the receipt. But he is now not providing the documents on that. So timing belt will cost another $500. But he had cheated on that.

b) Before purchasing the car I took the car to Firestone for checking and it was reveled that front 2 wheels needs to be changed. Next day dealer changed the tyre and put old tire with wrong size. last 2 tire also had nails. So I had to change 4 tire since it is dangerous to drive the car with wrong size. I changed the tire from Firestone which costed $350.

c)From the beginning Dealer lied he bought the car from from a Indian friend Rakesh , but as per the maintanance receipt kept in Car , the owner was [redacted]. He has promised to give remoteless Key when he will get it from Rakesh (again lied). I called him several times, but he is not picking phone or responding my mails.

d) I paid $6000 where actual car price was $5300 , rest was for registartion, sales tax , smog test fee etc. When I got the registration copy it seems Dealer paid only $15 to DMV where has taken around $600 for tax and transfer fee. He has totally cheated DMV and me as well. On top of it, I only got registration for 3 month only where he has taken $700+ to do everyting for me. And I would get registartion until Feb-2015. I have to renew the car registration by 04/14/2014.

I want justice so that that dealer compensate and keep his promise. And also I want a step to be taken so that he will not cheat anyone else. His Dealer license should be scrapped.Desired Settlement: 1) He will give the receipt of Timing belt change. If not, pay me $600 to change timing belt.

2) He should refund me extra $600, as he has only paid DMV $15. But took sales tax , title transfer fee etc. I have attched all Bill.

3) He will give remote key as he told , otherwise pay $100.

4) He has put wrong size tire. I want $350 from him as I had to replace 4 tires for my safetyl

5) I have to renew car registration for $110 within 2 months. So I need that amount from him as well as dealer is supposed to provide same. And I have already given the money fot that.
