as I have stated before I have spoken to the breeder and the black russian blue is a russian blue but regardless I have agreed to refund the purchase price of the kitten since cfa doe not recognized the black russian blue,but both parents are purebred russian bue and are cfa registered...in order to excel and keep my record with the Revdex.com at an ai have agreed to refund the purchase price of the kitten.

So here's my problem I had bought a terrier Yorkshire from the pet store " Worldwide Puppies & Kittens" when I went I didn't have all the money for my dog I was told by one of their employers that even If I didn't have all the money on me they have finance plans and that they can run my credit and I could he approve to get my dog " [redacted] " when I asked for the price she was I was not even with half of that in my wallet but because I got approval for the finance plan I got to take her home with me and made a payment of 389$ That first day which included the first month of her bill !! I was told the entire price for my dog was 2300$Before taxes were apply after taxes was 2731.83$ after the payment , I signed all papers so excited to get her but here's where the major problem comes I was never told that if I don't pay her in the first three months I'm gonna have to pay almost 6,000$ In total after june ** of 2014 which is like next month and when I signed the lease I was never told that I love my dog buttock knew I had to pay so much for her I wouldn't had taken her and I'm not saying I'm gonna take her back but I jus need some help because I don't even make so much money to pay almost 6,000$ for her I was only told I was gonna pay 150$ each month till my amount was done which was the 2300$ remaining even in the receipt says it for 2300$ after the first pAyment of 389$ I made to get her out the store and when I signed the papers yes I didn't read all myself but the person never mention to me I had to pay her off in three months or I would have to pay almost twice the amount , then I went back and told her the situation because I got a letter in the mail saying the full price by the end of the lease from the people I guess that lend me the money and I called those people and they told me the pet store should've told me about that even before I sign the contract , which it make sense to me they did all the paper work without telling me about the prices , all she said was " ok you got approved you get to take her home and you only pay 389$ today which includes the first bill of the month and each payment is gonna 150$ a month and here's your remaining of 2300$ "and gave me the receipt which I still have saved but she never mention to me about I needed to pay her in three months early otherwise I'm gonna pay basically twice her price that not fare I already spend so much on my dog she was so sick two days after I took her out !!!! Anyways I need some help with this issue ASAP !!! The customer did come in to purchase a puppy . we explained we do have financing options from $500 to $5,000 on your first lease. We offer one of the highest approval rates in the industry.

And, you can get 100% financing including pet supplies. we also emailed the contract as well as a hard copy for them while at the store.(please see attached copy of finance terms) which he signed ) We did explain the payment plan as well as how many payments. [redacted] finance his balance of 2344.64. if he would like to pay off early there is a discount on the terms. Your monthly payment will be:

$152.87 for 34 months . There are early pay off amounts.

The financed period will be:

34 months

Early Buyout Option

Early buyout is available at anytime during the course of your lease.

$2,520.48 after 3month

$2,344.62 after 6 months

$1,992.90 after 12 months ofpymnts

Review: I purchased a kitten and was told he was a purebred Russian blue and it turns out that he isn't. he also got sick the day after I brought him home and now he is being treated for [redacted] and on top of that he will have to stay on that medication for god knows how long. I'm upset I spent so much money, been lied too and ended up with a sick cat whom isn't even a Russian blue but a normal shorthair domestic housecatDesired Settlement: I would like to be compensated for the medical bills as well as the incorrect information in which I was given about his breed and that he was healthy

Those CFA registration papers show the breeders info as well as the kittens info that it is a pedigreed kitten. as far as the [redacted] I have no information on this sitation. Customer does have with us a one year congenital contract that if the kitten is found to have a congenital defect they can replace the kitten.

The kitten is not a russian blue. It is genetically impossible that two russian blues whom are silver grey can produce a black kitten with white on thier fur. Due to the fact that the kitten is indeed NOT what I paid for I require compensation for that as well as when the kitten came home sick in which I called and told you guys about but never followed up on such case.
