Upon turning all the work to there standards we got the final draw approve and singed to summit to the bank for final withdraw and also receive a certificate of occupancy CO from the city to turn into the bank and turn around for closingWith all that in mind the file went to closing with that mean to that point they have agreed and accepted all the work and Gonzalez bothers turns the house in to them. Yea I understand we have been called for a couple of service calls and which he has been pretty rude about it but that has not been a problem to us and we have taking the time and taken care of the issue. *** *** ** ***

It is true that Gonzalez Brosdoes come by to fix problems that arise. On the issue regarding the cabinets, I have several front panels that are cracking right down the middle and the wood panels are shrinking so the natural wood is exposed around all the edges of the panel doors. *** *** sent his brother over to check on the cabinets and he said the panels could be replaced and the seams repainted. I asked if we could wait until Novor December when I am home from work. I did not want to rush to paint them because every week I notice more and more affected panels. My biggest problem is the water that streamed into my home in May and June. I do not think this problem was every resolved. Gonzalez Brossent people to come and remove bricks and check underneath. A cover was placed over a vent pipe on the roof. I do not think this fixed the problem. I think water may be seeping in each time we get a hard rain. I do not want to ignore this problem and have mold building between the brick and plywood. Also the paint on my walls was a matte finish at the end of construction. I wanted the semi gloss finish that was stated in the contract. *** agreed to repaint with a semi gloss interior finish. The walls were repainted days before furniture was scheduled to be deliveredFurniture was moved into the homeWhen we turned lights on in the living room, all the seams of the sheetrock panels were visible with the semi gloss paint. When I pointed out the bad sheetrock job to *** he told me it was to late to fix because furniture had been moved into the house. My walls look bad. I'm embarrassed to turn any lights on in my 20ftliving room. You can literally see every seem all around the room and all up the stairway and the wall leading up to the second floor.
