Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I Spoke with [redacted] at Worldwide who reveiw my Issues and also review contract I sign w/ [redacted] 1.ACKNOWLEDGE contract and also confirms payment of $total $night of presentation at hotel and $ [redacted] state that there is a relationship between [redacted] and Worldwide Travel She doesnt Understand why anyone would give me Information stating there is no relationship [redacted] [redacted] the office I called In April and review conversation I had with [redacted] where he claim that there is no partnership w/ Worldwide Travel States she is going to try to resolve this issue with getting me a refund of money if she can get authorization States she will call me on Mon Evening 8/4/ As I'am typing w/ You however [redacted] called and states they are going to refund my money in 7-10dy I WILL DEFINTELY accept this offer however I dont want to close out this complaint yet and I know we have only 7dys Sincerely, [redacted]

[redacted] state    that there is a relationship between [redacted] and Worldwide Travel.

Review: My wife and I went to a presentation after receiving a call that we won at least a cruise for sure even if we didn't buy anything. We talked with the salesmen as did many others at little round tables.attended seminar in hotel in [redacted] 3/27/2014 StatedFrom our perspective, this was not a holiday, but a very stressful experience they state in the contract that we would be provided licensee access to software within 7 days. We have not heard from this compny since we paid our deposit of $200.00 and they have debit our acct of $500.00 on 3/29/2014 for a total of $700.00 We have never used anything on [redacted] or worldwide travel destination and aske for a full refund because we have never use or received services. Additionally there is no where on this contract that says [redacted]. Worldwide travel destinations. On the brochure is speaks that they have partner with this company. I first wanted to think on this purchase when the saleman ask to buy I said no then he left they brought in another man he use very rought tacitics to pressure us and intimtnate us to buy now you must buy now TODAY! tHe was pretty rude and refused to refund the fee, exclaiming that I cancelled my SERVICE I HAD NO SERVCICE NOR ACCESS TO REVEIW COMPANY FURTHER HE SAID WE ARE [redacted] WHOS THAT BUT AT PRESENTATION THEY PUSH THE RELATIONSHIP.vacation. there practices are very persistant and use a bait and switch tactic the price started at $5000.00 and then end at $2000. the prsentation is very fast so you dont have time to receive information or reveiw the contract and read througly that urge you to sign quickly and they keep bringing other people to your table to pressure you Regardless, he insisted that I did and refused to provide a refund. After I told him that I would contact the Revdex.com and post online about their practices, [redacted] hung up on me.hat we would have done anything to avoid. It was distressing to our children and we lived fom one crisis to the next, just begging for the chance to get home. In the circumstances, we do not feel that is unreasonable to expect a full refund of the money paid to you following your misrepresentation of what you were offering. We expect, therefore, a refund of the full $700.00 If this sum is not forthcoming, we are quite prepared to take the matter to the to legal or watch for the presentations . We are also making the details of this case know to [redacted] union workers who have expressed a willingness to publish the details in the hope that it will warn other travellers of your absolute lack of respect for your customers.
