Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Hello,
I have spoken to my financial institution. In order to reimburse the full amount, they advise the following:
either Worldwide Branding shall reimburse me and credit the full amount to my credit carddirectly
OR
my financial institution requires an offical "credit note", stating my name, the credit card number and the full amount to be reimbursed.
If Worldwide Branding could please do either of the above, I would be grateful to resolve this matter as soon as possible!

This company lied about price saying it cost 9.95 then billed $995. They don't do much different than the free service provided by LinkedIn. The interview was actually a sales pitch that was untruthful. They host your information in a place no one can find and the networking and branding is not controlled by the Revdex.com so they just do nothing. I have not received anything from them at all. It is a scam that they run on people who get new jobs.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because

I disagree with the amount refunded, it is short from the amount actually as set out in my complaint & secondly at no time was a disclosure made regarding refunds or withdrawing from the World membership  however the representative clearly indicated that the law does not allow credit card information to be retained  this obviously is not true as they were able to make the partial refund to my account  I would like to be advised why they have not made a full refund  thank you for your help

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
my bank says that because their bank rejected the first refund, the $199 is in their suspension account and is still going to be deducted.  I have to contact them directly and then arrange for a refund again.

They need to contact my bank to say that they do no longer reject the refund.
