manmade defects but it will not exceed 5% per carton. We examined the returned carton  and found it to be well within specification. Nonetheless, we would be more than willing to issue a store credit for the $429.90 but will not be issuing a refund.

I am rejecting this response because:This response doesn't make sense at all. These guys scheduled installation at 11am, but called me early morning that they have suspicion that this is again wrong piece. Person came immediately to my house and confirmed that this was indeed incorrect piece. Positive thing is this time it was a different piece than what they bought last 3 times. Bad thing is that, they called me again yesterday that they want to schedule time to install that bad piece, person didn't know that this piece was already confirmed to be wrong. This store has serious problems. There is no inter-department communication, they are relying on customer to track everything. I see that message was sent on April 9th 1PM... but by 9:30am on that day it was established that this piece is bad. I guess he is utilizing this 2 weeks loophole with Revdex.com communication.I initially mentioned that they need to fix issue asap or pay $2000. My assumption was that it was only installation issue. Now it appears that they sold me something that doesn't exist. If that's the case, they will have to pay me the complete staircase money. Also, "asap" cannot be forever, I need a firm date from them, they ruined my almost all Saturdays for last 4 months, I cannot do this forever. Fix the date please!!!!

I would like to add that that they are saying is not true as I had put in a complain to Revdex.com in January, 2013 was told by Revdex.com to submit a new claim.  Worldwide did come and replace the curling boards.

Tell us why here...I can see that we replaced the stairs, as for the seams there is no such thing as an invisible seam. Nonetheless, I will contact the customer and make arrangements to look at the seams myself to determione whether or not there is a problem with them.

I have been in contact with this consumer. They were given the option of repairing the flooring  or accepting an allowance to keep is as is. they have agreed to the allowance and will have the refund shortly.

I am rejecting this response because: This is not the first time that these people came over with molding that doesn't match, in fact this is the third time they came over with exactly same looking molding. At this point I don't trust them. They left me message last Friday that they are coming over at 2pm on Saturday, there was no confirmation needed from me as whether that time is okay with me. I changed my other plans, on Saturday they came over, from outside they told me that "we have bad news, we got wrong molding again". But they wanted to take picture of our flooring. Interestingly, they have that same wood in their store as well, that's why I selected it. But they wanted to take picture in my house for some reason. Either these guys are insane or they are harassing. I would like to keep this complain open till I see it fixed with my eyes.  I got couple emails from General Manager, hoping that it will make a difference. Sad part is that after all this harassment, they will install it and keep their nice A+ Revdex.com rating, they are taking 4 months for doing installation that was promised in 2 weeks!!! In my eyes these guys shouldn't be allowed to do any business!!!

Tell us why here...We were waiting on molding to come in and they were on back order. The molding arrived and we did arrange for the installer to complete the installation on Saturday 3/19. However when the installer arrived the moldings shipped by the manufacturer were the wrong color. I have...

since re ordered the molding, we put a hot rush on them. I emailed the customer to aplogize for the delay and will follow up to get the molding as quickly as possible in order to complete the customers installation.

I have an appointment to meet with the customer at her home on 7/10/14 to try and resolve her concerns.

We just bought and installed carpets in two bedrooms and a hallway. The sales person was very knowledgeable and friendly. We first decided to go for wooden floor and bought the wood on special sale but then changed our mind. The manager was good enough to allow the change despite the policy once you buy the wood from special sale price (70% sale) ! That was very good and everything else, installation etc was very good. The only thing we found the installation charges were rather high but we did not want to take any chances by going independent installer. We highly recommend the store.

Our store manager has since been in touch with the consumer.  Although the installers are not required to move back any furntiture that they did not move out they would normally help out whenever possible. Unfortunatley the customers carpet was installed on December 23rd which is our last...

installation day before Christmas  and the installer still had 2 more stops to get done that day. In addition to our sincerest apologies the Store Manager is sending the customer a store credit for his troubles.

The flooring was was installed in February of 2012. The installation is warranted for a period of one year, additionally had this been an install isuue it would have surfaced long before now.  Although the installation was well out of warranty an installer was sent over to take a look. The...

installer has since forwarded some pictures he took while there that show some of the laminate planks curling up along the edge, usually the only thing that will cause that is some kind of moisture, typically topical moisture. If the customer likes we would be more than happy to enter a claim with the manufacturer, Armstrong World Industires and have them send someone to take a look.

Order # [redacted]. Don & Steve came on time & did an excellent job, very professional. They were very accommodating as to working out the best place to put the seems. The seems were invisible. They wrapped 2 steps, one of which was concrete. Looks great.

The customers bathroom measures 5x5, the sheet vinyl they picked comes 12ft wide therefore you would need to order a 12x5 to cover the 5x5 bath and that is the reason for the additional material. I spoke to Mr [redacted] the store manager and he said the customer did come in looking for a $79.00 credit...

that was given. The bathrrom was never installed becasue of the extensive floor prep that was needed so the customer opted to have someone esle do it and they were credited $376.27 on 10/08/13 for work not preformed.

I understand now that you have sub contractors but you advertised as having your own employees and this question was raised several times at the time of order. When the guys did come, they came in a shady white van with out any identification and we had to ask for proof that were here to install.
After we paid, she left us a folder but never specified what was in it.
What I am most upset about is the error in the color we chose. The sales woman entered the wrong color code in and we had no choice but have them install it because it was on the invoice. I will gladly accept them if they replace the carpet that we were supposed to get that we showed the sales lady when we were by the store.

. Our Manager of the Fairfield store said he apologized to the consumer for the troubles, the tile has since arrived and the customer has picked it up.
