Customer ordered her product and as with all sales the card is processed and product ordered The product she ordered was being shipped from our warehouse not the manufacturer so they would not have had any information on this order The customer was contacted about shipping but did not
get back to the shipping company so the product was returned to the warehouse Customer indicated that they no longer wanted the product after this so the order was cancelled

Accounting processed the credit back to his card but it can take 3-weeks before it shows up on his end That is all dependent on how quickly his credit card company retrievesthe credit and posts it

This customer cancelled his order as he did not like the time frame for delivery.  We spoke with him multiple times and his money was refunded promptly after cancellation.
