I accept and will agree to upgrade to newer vehicle but they must admit when I bring the vehicle in that the damages on the frame have to happen over a substantial period of time not just two short years

honestly, anyone pulling into ourparking lot and entering the front of the building can tell without the aid of a notice thatwe have work being done.The guest checked in at 5:00pm and out the next day at 12:30pm. The guest broughther complaint to the front desk at 8:36am and we apologized for the noise and askedher if she would like us to have the contractor move to a different area, she refused thatoffer. The guest then phoned [redacted] and they asked if we had been making noise allnight as the guest stated to them. We explained that the actual work being done thatmorning had started at 8:30am, that we offered to have them stop, and had a noticeposted in the lobby. [redacted] made the determination to not refund the guest.The guest then pursued it further with our customer service specialists, and refused anoffer of a $25.00 Best Western Travel Card, refused an offer of a $25.00 reimbursementcheck, and then finally accepted an offer of a $51.50 reimbursement check(50% refund)for the noise issue, resolving her guest complaint.Matt F[redacted]General Manager

the frustration. Often times as a vehicle ages, maintenance requirements do increase. Wranglers are vehicles that create many images of summertime fun and exploration. I'm sure those images created his desire to own one. This can be very demanding on the mechanics of this simple machine. If Joseph decides to upgrade to a newer vehicle, we look forward to assisting him.
