March 28, To Whom It Concerns:Ms [redacted] stayed in Rm #311, she checked In at 3:pm and they checked out at 5:am the next morning, never mentioned a word about us being so nastyRoom #is on 3rd floor and we have full size beds in all our double rooms and we do not advertise anything else.So we are not refunding anything to her.Thank YouWC [redacted] (GM)
