On 8/9/we installed a new *** system Per our contract the customer paid for new equipment, labor and new condensate pump The customer received documentation that *** (manufacturer) has given them year parts and year compressor warranty Per the ROC when you install
air conditioning units you attach to existing plumbing Customer received new condensate pump and it is attached to the plumbing that is existing in the wall Their plumbing is tied into the bathroom shower drain which is pre-existing to the home I am NOT a licensed plumber only HVAC This is not a faulty install, it is an issue with their pre-existing plumbing This customer tried to do a charge back for $13,on American Express and we filed dispute and won American Express basically ruled in our favor Workman ship warranty is on the equipment installation not on pre existing electrical, pre existing plumbing etc

Please see attached for a detailed description of the issue. In short this installer broke the AC plumbing he installed and existing plumbing and caused damage to my house as part of the installation and is liable for the repairs due to the damages he caused.
