Worlock Air Conditioning Company came out within a few hours to take a look at my air conditioner and worked with getting a new unit installed within 24 hours. The best customer service. Small businesses are often the quickest and most efficient companies in providing services.

I had the AC unit and Air Handler replaced. They were professional and effective. The work was completed before the time I was quoted and the price was reasonable.

A truly awesome company from the owners to the installation crew. They were professional, prompt and caring. My HVAC unit went out on a Sunday night and I was called back immediately. Hector and his crew showed up at 5;15 the next morning and got it running. I ended up needing a new unit and the new unit was installed with no problems the very next morning. We were shown pictures of the new unit and all that had been done since it was on the roof. We were walked through how to program and use the new thermostat. I highly recommend Worlock Heating and AC Repair. This type of service is very hard to come by these days.

Loved this company, awesome service. Within hours after calling they showed up and got my unit up and running. They had the parts on their truck and it was simple as 1-2-3 with this company. We have used Bill W[redacted] and his company for years. We highly recommend his company. I have other family members who use him also. He has always been honest, fairly priced, and stood behind his work. When it was time to get my units replaced, Worlock's bid was significantly cheaper than the other bids I received for the same quality or lesser quality units. They have always been quick to act. Bill and his servicemen have always been very nice, polite, knowledgeable and professional.

We had a dead A/C on July 4th. After finding out on July 5th we could not repair the unit, we started contacting companies for quotes on the replacement. Rebecca and Bill came to our house within 1 hour of us contacting them for a quote and sat with us (in our 95 degree kitchen) discussing what they would be able to do, and how much it would cost. We had the quote for a brand new Trane system within the hour and were told installation would be happening the very next day. They installation crew showed up when we were told and got right to work. They were courteous of us and our home and worked all day to get our system working. We were also given numerous financing options to manage the cost of the system, which was the lowest quote we received. Rebecca and Bill both stayed in touch with us from start to finish via text, email, and phone. We are very confident we made a good choice in hiring Worlock for our new installation.

They did the most amazing job...the men arrived on time, installation was the cleanest job we have ever seen. The expertise on the right equipment needed was so professional. As a home own and hiring a contractors, this company was by far the best. It is also amazing that the owner actually is working and on the job with his so professional team.

Worlock Mechanical did an exceptional job repairing my heatpump. They exhibited the utmost courtesy, integrity and professionalism, and took numerous measures to ensure that my heatpump was up and running. I greatly appreciate their service, and would definitely recommend them.

I called this company over the weekend and the owner came out and he was very informative. He stated that our unit was over 20 years old and went over the pros/cons of repairing current system vs. installing new. With the new system I received 10 year parts and 10 year compressor warranty and I was surprised how reasonable his prices were. Very nice crew, very professional and everything went as he said it would and I am very well pleased with this company.
