When the client called to cancel the service, they spoke to a representative of our Membership Services Department immediately. The representative swiftly and amicably cancelled the service, and advised them that they will be receiving a refund within 3-5 business days. Today marks the 5th business...

day after the client contacted us to cancel. They will be receiving a refund receipt via email for their cancelled services. Thank you.
