[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As you can tell due to the insults(Liar, Scam Artist, etc.) that were listed in her response to my complaint she has no patience and no ability to serve her potential clients in a professional mannerAs for the emails address which was used two different times with two different emails I was instructed to do so by a employee of corporate because I have never used a trial membership beforeI have access your gym by having an employee on location allow me into the gym and as well as signed up for a trial membership if you will call it signing upThe employee there was a young teenage male do I suspect is your son gave me information and signed me up in a composition book onlyCheck the camera system and as well check your phone system as for the employee that I spoke with on locationYour phone system indicates that a call maybe monitored or recorded for quality assurance purposesMaybe checking that or if there is an actual recording would clarify everything which was told to me by this employeeAlso I have worked out at your gym twice and was granted access by two different employees who were on locationFunny don't recall signing a waiver to workout there and I may have some pain now from my workout nowThank you for providing the most terrible customer service experience I have ever been a part of my entire lifeI have no interest in being a client at any facility you own and recommend everyone steer clear of your "Gum" as you have called itI have happily signed up at a different location and conversed with former disgruntled members of your gym, who have since relocated to this facility Regards, [redacted]

Ok I am done with thisPlease read my previous responseYou can see he purposely used different emails to receive different offers in order to get something for nothing and work the systemWhy would he use different emails if he was not trying to work the systemYou can see if was him as the phone # he used is the same that he listed on the complaintI guess everyone is lying but himYou can see by the evidence that it is himHe is a liar and a scam artist and I do not allow people like that in my gymIt is not fair to my paying members that are nice If I see that he entered any one of my gums I will call the authorities as he would be trespassing

I have been in business for over 5-years and am a respected member of the community with Snap Fitness locations: Kennett Square, Avondale and Oxford, Pennsylvania I have laid out the chain of events

2/22/2015: Date of his first online promotion that he signed up for It is the same *** *** as it is the same phone number on the other You are only eligible for on promotion through Snap FitnessThat was established by Snap Fitness Corporate5/28/(Thursday)
He called in the morning and said that he signed up for the 7-day trial and used it the previous evening My staff member Brian said that he was not eligible for it *** said he spoke to the person on staff the previous night and said that he could use it I called Valerie, the person that was working on Wednesday 5/27/15, and she said did not speak to anyone regarding a 7-day trial and did not have anyone that used it that evening Ironically he filled out the 7-trial online a second time on Thursday 5/28/ Funny how could he have filled it out and used it on Wednesday 5/27/when he did not fill it out until after he spoke to Brian on ThursdayFirst lieHe called back later on Thursday the 28th and said he was a member of the police force and should get a discount We told him to bring his identification inHe never did Not sure if this was a lie but he never came in5/29/He filled out the inquiry for the 30-day trial under a different physical address, email address and phone number than the previous promotions He was definitely trying to work the system and get something for free As an FYI, the previous offers 2/22/and 5/28/were filled using the phone number that is listed on the complaint from Revdex.com (###-###-####)Again he is only eligible for one promotion and that was back in 2/and it doesn't not matter if took advantage of it or not I deactivated his card and we let him know that he was not eligible and that he had to become a permanent member at that pointThe next week (not sure of the date)
My account executive at Corporate called and said that they had received a phone call from *** about us not allowing the 30-day trial I explained the chain of events to her and told her that he was not going to be allowed in my gym because some that tries to take advantage of the system is not the kind of person I want in my gym I cannot trust him to follow the rules of the gym as it is a 24-hour facility and unstaffed a majority of the time My account executive said that she would communicate that to himWell I guess she did not because he called the next day and he spoke to me, Margie Worrall, the owner I told him that I was not going to honor the 30-day trial with different information so that it would go through the system Seems like fraud to me, also lying I told him that he was not welcome as a member here or any of my gyms He hung up the phone after threatening a lawsuit against me for defamationI guess he complained again to Corporate and they offered him a trial at the Glenn Mills gym, that I do not ownI did not charge him anything The $charge for the trial is charged by Corporate and I do not get any of it So as far as I'm concerned he is not due anything He is also not welcome at any of my locations as to the reasons I stated before I have nice upstanding individuals that are members of my gymsHopefully you will see through this vindictive person's charade I have also attached copies of the promotions he filled out so you can see how he tried to circumvent the systemSincerely,

I am sorry to hear of this complaint as this is the first time I am hearing of this.  No email or phone call from this customer was received.  If I had known of this I would have definitely looked into this situation. As far as the facilities are concerned we are a full service fitness...

facility with cardiovascular equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, bikes etc), free weights and the entire circuit.  There is not a free weight bench and squat rack for safety reasons as the facility is unstaffed for a certain amount of time during the day.  We do not have locker rooms as most of the Snap Fitness locations across the US.  The facilities are not large facilities usually around 3,000 square feet.  This is the business model for Snap Fitness.  It is perfect for some but may not be for others.  There is a 30 day trial that is applied for online.  There are at least 2 emails that are sent to the individuals before the 30 day trial expires allowing them to cancel without getting billed.  This is all done online and managed through the Corporate Office.

Ok I am done with this. Please read my previous response. You can see he purposely used 3 different emails to receive 3 different offers in order to get something for nothing and work the system. Why would he use 3 different emails if he was not trying to work the system. You can see if was him as the phone # he used is the same that he listed on the complaint. I guess everyone is lying but him. You can see by the evidence that it is him. He is a liar and a scam artist and I do not allow people like that in my gym. It is not fair to my paying members that are nice.  If I see that he entered any one of my gums I will call the authorities as he would be trespassing.
