Worsham Properties did not keep *** *** entire security deposit*** *** was refunded $out of his $security deposit. The two items *** *** is disputing are:A broken window On June 6, 2017, I sent *** *** an email stating that “ I had noticed a
broken window in the back of the apartment he was rentingI closed the email with the notification I would give him a heads up when I could send someone by to repair the window. His response to my email was “Perfectly reasonableThank you for clarifying” During the correspodence, he did not state there was no broken windows*** *** was notified of the repair and the charge for the repair was included in writing in the deposit refund letter sent to *** *** dated August 11, (see copy of the letter below)The second item *** *** is disputing is the replacement of the freezer gasket and the refrigerator gasket for the refrigerator in the unit he was rentingBoth gaskets were entirely destroyed due to negligence ( photo included) It appears the tenants allowed something to drip from the freezer creating a sticky substance that when left unattended and not cleaned, destroyed both gasketsThis resulted in the door of the refrigerator not being able to close or seal.I had the refrigerator repaired by an appliance repairman that I trust and have used for years on July 29, His name is *** *** , *** *** ***, *** *** *** *** *** *** . I notified *** *** of the cost of the repair*** *** responded in a text message stating among other things that my appliance repairman was a rip off and he would seek legal aid as with the broken window*** *** was notified in his August deposit letter of this cost of replacing both gaskets.August 11, 2017Worsham Properties did not keep *** *** entire security deposit*** *** was refunded $out of his $security deposit.
