Ms ***,I have called and I will be sending you all of the paper work to you so that you are able to see why I have read the companies response and they fell to be forthcoming with the giving information about the Volvo Sbeing in any accidents The sales person did not offer the information when asked and the Carfax may have been in the possession of the Leiken Motor company it was not shared with me In fact I did not see the actual car fax until December It was years after the car was purchased however had the information been shared at time of the sale it would not have gone through I will be sending the car paperwork to you as well as the car fax I received also Please be patient with me and all the information will be in your possession by Thursday March 19th.Sincerely,

*** *** purchased a pre-owned Volvo SCertified on 09/20/At the time of purchase the salesman indicated the vehicle had been in three minor accidents as the Carfax, dated 09/05/2012, would have indicatedIn addition, by virtue of the vehicle's certification by *** *** ** ***,
there could have been no significant damage to the vehicle or it would not have passed Volvo's strict requirements for certification.I therefore see no reason to entertain any monetary consideration for Ms*** due to these circumstances.Thank you for your time and interest in helping to resolve this matter.Sincerely, Leikin Motor Companies

Business response was taken over the phone by ** at Revdex.com.Ronald L[redacted] stated the consumer's vehicle has been in for repair at his dealership twice for harness issues.  Mr. L[redacted] said the failed parts were repaired each time, however, he said the harness problems will continue because the...

vehicle has 101,000 miles (when last at their repair shop) and the harness is becoming old and there is fraying and dry rot. Mr. L[redacted] said he is happy to have his service department take another look at the consumer's vehicle at no charge to the consumer, and they will tell her what the repair problem is with her harness ... and what's required to fix it. Mr. L[redacted] said a new harness will cost $1500.00 and unfortunately the consumer no longer has a warranty on her vehicle, the extended warranty is also expired. Mr. L[redacted] said the extended warranty the consumer once had would have only offered coverage if there was a defective part, it would not have covered her past harness issues which were a result of normal wear and tear. Mr. L[redacted] said he will offer the consumer a 10% discount should she decide to have the repairs done at his dealership, in addition, Mr. L[redacted] said Volvo provides a lifetime guarantee for any parts put on by a Volvo dealership. Mr. L[redacted] invites the consumer to contact him personally to set up arrangements for her vehicle to be seen in his service department.
