Worth moving has reviewed all the information from the complaint and talked to the previous homeowner ( [redacted] ) moved from the location .Worth moving was only aware of the property being owned by the [redacted] (of which instructed Worth Moving where to park)It has been revealed today by the former home owner that when we arrived on the property it was owned by the [redacted] and then a transfer sometime that same day while we where still on the property Worth Moving has come to a decision to offer a "good faith" payment of $ [redacted] of which will be paid upon the satisfactory closing of this complaint.Best regards,Matthew S [redacted]

Matthew called from the businessHe stated that the complaint isn't from an individual he did business withMatthew said he moved belongings of the previous owners at the time they owned the propertyThe removal date was December 28th, 29thMr*** contacted the business weeks after the
previous individuals belongings were removedDuring that time frame the current individual (Mr***) moved their belongings into the propertyMatthew stated he cant prove if his company did the damage to the property of if Mr*** did the damage when moving his belongings inMatthew stated that if Mr*** can provide documentation that he owned the property at the time of his company moving the belongings they will look further into the complaint

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I made comment of the damage to the moving crew the date of the incident, they stated they would follow up with meI waited two weeks for a follow up call, and then had to call two days in a row after that because my calls would not be returned as promised. *** County public property records prove that I owned the property on the date in question, and my licensed Virginia real estate agent Caitlin B*** (***) and wife *** *** (***) can attest to witnessing the said damages while Worth moving was on my property moving, all against my permissionI find it very unprofessional to try to pawn off the damage on me when Mathew admitted over the phone to having knowledge of the incident occurring but not willing to make repairs, when its public record that I owned the property, and when trying to state my own moving could have caused the damage in questionEye witness testimony and public property records should be sufficient evidence of my claimThank you
