While shopping at this store, there are not signs of notices of their return policy which is very misleading to buyers.
We have our return policy posted in two places behind the front counter where our registers are and printed on our receipts. We do not issue refunds- we do exchange or store credit for items that are in their original packaging within two weeks. We do not take returns on plush items for health reasons.
