Worth Sports

Customer purchased their Worth bat on 9/21/17. They contacted us on 11/13/as the bat had cracked. We set up a Return Authorization and shipped out a new bat on 11/27/17. Customer then contacted us again on 4/at 5:via email that her replacement bat had cracked. Even
though the corporate policy for warranty returns is a time replacement within year of date of purchase we agreed to have her send the bat in for review and the possibility of a 2nd replacement. That new Return Authorization was set up 4/4/18. We have not received her damaged bat yet to be evaluated.
