Review: I ordered a hat online on July **. When the hat arrived, it did not fit well, and I did not like the style as much as I thought I would based on the website photo. I returned the hat to Worth & Worth and asked for a refund. My order number is [redacted]. The order amount was $295.

I can supply the [redacted] tracking number of my return to you. Unfortunately, I cannot enter the tracking number here because the website thinks it is a credit card number and won't allow me to proceed. The [redacted] tracking shows that my return was delivered to Worth & Worth on August *.

I received no acknowledgement, so I sent an email. Worth & Worth never responded. I followed that up with a phone call, and they told me they had already processed my refund to [redacted] and I would see the refund within 48 hours. That was over a week ago, and still no refund. I followed that up with another email, and they never responded to that email either.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund for $295.
