I ordered some hand disinfectant online from the business and checked the *** Express delivery method on the order as I needed it in hand by July 28. I ordered the product on July 23. The product did not arrive today, so I contacted the seller and they said they sent it ***. But, they sent it *** Ground not *** Express as is on their order form and which costs five dollars more than regular shipping. They apparently do not know the difference between *** Ground and *** Express. They not that delivery will be in 2-4 days, but said they don't include weekends. I checked with *** and they said *** Express would definitely have arrived no later than Monday, but it was sent Ground. I presumed the 2-4 days included packaging time on the seller's part and didn't refer to total transit time as that is normal time for *** Ground.
