I am an Active Duty military member and My wife and I used Worthen Realty Group (*** ***) as a property manager for several years The people we worked were nice, however they did a very poor job in managing our property The last renter we had in our home just left and we didn't know about until two or three months later Worthen Realty had not been checking on the house We received a letter from the city of Tyler saying our house could possible in violation of city codes The front doors were left unlocked, lights on and other The neighbors were very unhappy We decided to sell and thought we would let Worthen Realty Group give it a go as seller They could not get the job done We switched realty companies and the house sold within the week The inspection showed terrible water erosion and other poor ratings It would of been wonderful if *** would of told us these problems before so we could of fixed them I would never recommend this group to manage or sell a property They did a terrible job!!
